Offering executive coaching, we also train coaches and have sales and sales management training designed specifically for professional services organisations, and for 'areas' that traditionally have not been sold.

We are behaviourists; people concerned with improving the performance of others, and our work is usually with individuals, usually face-to-face, and always person-to-person. But it can be working with teams, new collaborations and project groups.
We can provide expert facilitators, team coaches or in fact teams of coaches for large events. Although we consult and design learning for performance improvement, we don't do process or systems design.
