Terms & Conditions

Booking Proceedures

When clients phone/email looking for diary dates for our delivery team, we have three levels of scheduling, "Available", "Held" and "Confirmed".

We can simply advise 'availability'. 'Availability' means the dates the client is interested are, at that time, clear and currently available. We will not mark these dates as 'held' or 'confirmed' and they will therefore be available to all clients on a first come, first served basis. (This is not a booking.)

We can mark dates, upon request, as 'held' for 7 days (this can be extended upon request by email) awaiting email confirmation when the booking becomes 'confirmed'. If, after 7 days, email confirmation has not been received, then 'held' dates will be released from our schedule and will become available to all clients on a first come, first served basis.

Wherever possible, where a client has asked as to hold a date(s), before we release that 'held' date from our schedule after 7 days, we will try and contact the client to let them know - but this is not always possible.

A 'confirmed' booking or a confirmation of 'held' date(s) must be sent by email and acknowledged by raising the bar LLP.

Coaching

When a coaching contract has been agreed and begun, clients are expected to attend or call in for the sessions. If a session is missed by the client, it is considered used. Clients should, if they expect to miss a session, call and reschedule giving at least 24 hours notice and the coach will accommodate them.

Coaching invoices are prepared and sent out once the contract begins, and are payable within 30 days of receipt.

If raising the bar llp terminates the contract for whatever reason, the client will be entitled to a refund for the work not undertaken.
